Dublin, Ireland!
Okay so if you’ve been following along with us on social media lately, you’ll know we took a trip to Ireland this past week! We contacted LifeGate Baptist Church in the heart of Dublin and offered to come serve them and the outside community by hosting free family portraits! We were SO excited when they responded with a big fat YES!
On top of the free family portraits, we also offered to do a free promotional video for their church as well! Which meant while we went sight seeing, we also got to film some AMAZING things to help get people to come serve Ireland and get inside those church doors! We were SO excited, but we had no idea that God had MUCH bigger things in store while we were there! Over 30 families came for us to serve and love on including 3 missionary families as well as a handful of people who have never stepped into the church’s doors! So many amazing conversations and relationships built! It was an INCREDIBLE experience!
We also, got to take some amazing tours of the surrounding areas in Ireland! For a girl who has never stepped foot out of The United States, this was a huge thing to cross off my bucket list!!
Since, we’ve been home, THREE churches in THREE different countries have contacted us wondering if we would be interested in traveling to do similar work in their communities! We are FLOORED! Friends, creative and non-creative, if you have a gift you can serve! It may look different than the “normal” BUT beautiful things happen when you trust God and Serve to glorify HIS kingdom!
